Standard delivery is our 3-5 day option. This is from the day we post it, so it may take up to 7 days if you order just after we've posted - see above. We will send out orders under 1 kilo (roughly £28 worth!) by Royal Mail second class post. Above this it will be by courier.
We also have a 1-2 day option. Again, this is from the postage date. Below 2 kilos (about £50 worth) this will be by Royal Mail 1st class, above that will be by courier.

If the cost that shows up seems much higher than you would think, then give us a call - the system estimates the cost based on the total value of the order, whereas we can work out exactly what it should be based on weight.
Everything that says it's available on the site is in stock, unless the fancy system it uses goes a bit squiffy. If you want more than we have in stock, please let us know - we can usually pack more if it's needed. Most of our ingredient levels are kept topped up, so it might not take long at all to do.
If you have any special requirements or if it's really, really urgent (a last minute present, say), then please let us know. We'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We expect you'll love your Sympathy Teas and accessories, but appreciate that sometimes you won't like them. If, for any reason, you aren't happy with something you've bought from us, please send it back, in its original condition, including your original documents and specifying your reasons for return, and we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).
If it's a special order (something we do not ordinarily stock) or a pick and mix then we can not accept returns unless there's a fault.
We can't accept returns of teas where the packets have been opened, unless there's something seriously wrong with the tea and you want to show us. Naturally, your statutory rights aren't affected.
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the costs of sending the items back to you unless we've sent the wrong thing to you, or it's faulty.

Privacy policy and security
We don't share your personal information with anyone. Your information comes to our secure site from the secure sites of Google and Paypal. We use it to send you what you've ordered. We don't and will never sell or show your personal information to anyone else.
Our payment pages are actually held on Google and Paypal secure servers, so we don't collect credit card details or get to see them at all.
Trademark
Now this bit may seem like common sense, but we'll say it anyway. You may not alter or replace the packaging, trademarks or other details on the packaging without our written permission. Which seems a bit unlikely.

This bit comes with a legal-speak warning. The copyright in any design, presentation, packaging and/or literature in connection with our products shall remain the property of the owner of that copyright and no right or licence (except as to the use for which the products are supplied) shall be granted hereby whether express or implied. And breathe. Why don't lawyers use full stops? A bad experience with them in childhood, maybe?
