You may have seen that Royal Mail have doubled the cost of parcel post on 2nd April 2013 - this has had a dramatic effect on small businesses in the UK - we have therefore decided, where possible, not to use Royal Mail in the future!  Your parcels will now be delivered via a local courier company.  We are pleased to say that this has meant an immediate reduction in the cost of postage charged on our products.  We very much hope you will continue to be delighted with the service you receive from Sympathy Teas.
